Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 or another applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we may rely on one or more of the following:
Legitimate Interests
We may process information where reasonably necessary to operate Elquant, respond to enquiries, maintain website security, understand website performance and develop legitimate business relationships, provided those interests do not override your rights and interests.

Our website uses Resend as an email-delivery service for website enquiries.
When you submit our contact form, information contained in your enquiry is transmitted through Resend so that it can be delivered to Elquant.

We use Cal.com to facilitate discovery-call scheduling.
If you choose to book a meeting, you will be directed to or interact with Cal.com's scheduling service.
